Deliah Blue is a female Zeltron character from the Star Wars: Legacy comic book series. Deliah is the chief mechanic of the Mynock and longtime companion of Cade Skywalker and Jariah Syn during their careers as bounty hunters in the wake of the Sith�Imperial War and the Second Imperial Civil War.

This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met. This Detachment defines additional, optional costuming details listed in blue and red. Please visit the Detachment website for more details on these options.

• Hair color is blue.
• This may be achieved via dying the costumer's natural hair or a wig.
• Hair is below shoulder length, thick and wavy.

• Pink makeup on all exposed skin.
• If using bodysuit/ fabric to cover skin at midriff, leg, and arms, the fabric color exactly matches the face makeup and there are no visible seams.
• Lips are blue.

• Material is stretch fabric in light blue, yellow, pea green, and black
• Top is sleeveless and exposes some midriff.
• The center panel is light blue with three rectangular cutouts in top half.
• The panels to the left and right of center panel are yellow.
• The side and back of the top are green.
• The top of the front and back are black. In the front the black fabric meets with the yellow and green panels. On the back the black fabric goes down about a third of the length of the top.

• Material is same as top but only in the blue, yellow, and black
• The pant leg is divided into four panels along the length of each leg.
• The outside panel is blue with four rectangular cutouts between the hip and knee.
• The inside of each leg is from the black fabric.
• On the front and back of the leg (between the black and blue panels) the fabric is yellow.

• Material is a black stretch fabric, needs to be tight on arm.
• There is a center outside strip on upper arm, three strips straight around upper arm, and other strips on forearm.
• Wrap covers base of hand, but not fingers or thumb.

• Dark brown leather/ leatherlook belt fitting at top of pants, just about hip bone.
• Gold eyelets run along the length of the belt in the center.
• Five gold circular adornments/ buckles.
• The center circle buckle is the largest, flanked on each side by two of buckles of the same size.
• Two pieces of purple fabric hang from the center buckle down to just above the knees.
• Purple fabric color matches boot color.

• Two wide gold bracelets with large purple oval gemstone and raised gold details.

• Purple knee-high boots with solid heel.
• Not stiletto heals.
• Boots have attached knee-pads of same color with horizontal ridges
• Boot color matches purple belt fabric.

Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.
