Description: Malakili (Rancor Keeper)
Prefix: DZ
Detachment: Krayt Clan

A Human male, Malakili was born on Corellia. He became involved with Gargonn the Hutt's Circus Horrificus, a traveling menagerie that displayed monstrous creatures throughout the galaxy, in which he became a professional beast handler and monster trainer. In 22 BBY, Malakili was sold by the Circus Horrificus to Jabba Desilijic Tiure, a Hutt crime lord and shipping magnate in the Outer Rim Territories. There, Malakili forged a close bond with the rancor, such that the creature would allow him to treat its wounds and eat meals with it.
This Visual Guide has been reviewed by the detachment staff and the LMO team and is certified for use as a minimum approval guideline for GMLs. GMLs are free to approve this costume type.

Malakili has a unique Gaderffii (gaffi stick). At some point in his back story, he protects/rescues a group of Tuskens from a “mutated wamp rat”. In return, they give him a Gaderffii as a gift. The unique design would later be associated as a Gaderffii owned by “The Tusken King”.
