Tonnika Sister - Brea Tonnika (Blue)

Karoly D’ulin and Shada D’ukal were two Mistryl Shadow Guards who visited Tatooine on a secret mission. They disguised themselves as Brea Tonnika (wears blue) and Senni Tonnika (wears green), two infamous Kiffar con artists who were known as the Tonnika Sisters.

This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met.

• Hair is black, straight, and the length extends down to around the bottom of the shoulders.
• This can be achieved with the wearer’s own hair, or a wig.
• There are several small plaits that hang down the hair, starting from the top of the head.
• The top of the head has a high, domed shape, with small plaits wrapped all around it. One or two small plaits can hang slightly lower than the hairline, across the forehead.
• The Blue Tonnika Sister wears blue eyeshadow, and blue lipstick.

• The unitard style bodysuit is made of from shiny Lycra.
• The bodysuit is full length to wrist and ankle, with a high neckline.
• The bodysuit has a vertical seam in the front and a zipper at the back.
• Color is Dark blue for the blue sister.

• The collar and wrist cuffs are constructed of alternating panels of black, and the same fabric used to make the briefs.
• Light blue for the blue Sister.
• The collar is almost a triangular shape, with a point at each shoulder, and a dipped point at the front, and back.
• Cuffs sit higher on top of the arm, and lower underneath the arm.
• They have a black panel on top, and the matching lighter color (blue) underneath.
• The collar and cuffs have a thin black edge trim border.

• High cut Bikini style pants are worn over the unitard.
• The pants are not overly "brief".
• The top waistline of the pants travels straight across, with no dip.
• Color is light blue for the blue Sister.
• Fabric is not shiny.

• Belt is black leather or leather like material , about 3-4cm (1.25") wide.
• It has (3) clusters of (4) square metal tiles in a square, spaced 2.5cm (1 inch) apart, on either side of the buckle.
• The metal tiles are in the shape of a small pyramid and they have no gap in between them.
• The metal buckle has a rectangular shaped base, with a circular piece on top of it.
• It then has a small cube that meets in a pyramid shaped point in the middle.
• May be worn straight across the top of the pants or slightly dipped in the middle.

• A black garter, approximately 2cm ( 0.75") wide is worn on the right thigh.
• It has large red stripes around it.

• Knee high, black boots with a low heel.
• Boots have the appearance of leather or like material.
• Boots are fitted close to the leg.
• There are no visible buckles, laces or zippers.
• Glossy / Patent boots are not correct.
