Eleena Daru is a female Rutian Twi'lek and love interest of Darth Malgus. Eleena has a strong personality and often displays emotional courage and selflessness.

This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met. This Detachment defines additional, optional costuming details listed in blue and red. Please visit the Detachment website for more details on these options.

• Face, neck, and all skin exposed by the neckline are painted in pale blue, matching the color of the lekku.
• The eyebrows are slim and black.
• The eye make-up is applied with a shadow and gradient effect giving the appearance of "smoke colored eyes" created with the use of grey and black, or dark-blue eye shadow.
• Pink rouge applied to cheeks.
• Lips are accented with pink lipstick.

• Lekku is made from a skin-like material.
• Lekku and ear cones are pale blue, closely matching the coloring used on the face and neck.
• Lekku has a spotted or marbled pattern in a different shade of blue.

• The Headband is made from the same brown leather or suede type material used on the jumpsuit pockets and belt.
• The Headband covers only the front part of the head, from ear cone to ear cone, across the forehead.
• Where the head band sits over the ear cones, there is silver edging.
• Four round based spikes are attached to the brown leather at the sides.
• There are two flat silver pieces on each side of the central part.
• There is a Silver decorative central piece on the headband.
• Central piece is 3-dimensional with a square base and round top.
• Central piece is beveled in the corners.
• A Black jewel is encircled by two silver pieces on the central piece.

• The Jumpsuit is grey cobalt blue or baby blue in color and form fitting to the body.
• A four way stretch material is recommended to maximizes the tight fit while still retaining full movement.
• The Jumpsuit has wrist length long sleeves.
• Black rubber-like material is used on the collar attached to the jumpsuit.
• The collar has two engraved lines around to create three zones of equal width.
• A brown leather or suede type material is used for pockets on the upper arms and thighs.
• The arm pockets are smaller in size to those on the thighs.
• A zipper of similar blue color to the jumpsuit is attached down the front.
• Zipper pull at the top of the jumpsuit is hidden.
• A wide strap of rubber-like material is attached to the outer legs, from hip to ankle.
• The front superior area of this strap continues visually with torso wrapping body armor.

• Black leather gloves.
• Gloves extend halfway up the arm.
• Gloves have a small flap.
• The left glove has a small brown leather or suede type pocket.

• The Nape Armor is made of black rubber-like material.
• One smaller piece protects the back of the neck/ nape area.

• The body armor is made of black rubber-like material.
• A front abdomen piece is attached to the chest and extends down to the stomach in a ribbed fashion that denotes the look of padding.
• A second piece is located on the the back of the torso, wrapping around to the sides.

• Brown leather or suede type belt with two rows of rivets.
• On the right side hangs an area that has only one row of rivets.
• Belt has a nearly-square silver colored buckle.
• Belt has three engravings.
• Four silver boxes are distributed on the sides and back.
• Boxes also have engravings.
• Attached on the left side of the Belt are two spherical silver thermal detonators.
• Detonators have engravings and a sunken center in blue color, with round decorations.
• Top and bottom of detonators have a red switch.
• The thermal detonators are attached to the belt with two flaps and a rivet on each flap.
• Over each detonator is a small metal strip with a rounded tip.

• "Pirate style" boots are made of a rubber-like material with brown leather or suede material in top and toe.
• Leather-like material in the stub.
• Boots have four silver decorations over the top area.
• The zipper pull is hidden below the brown areas.
• Boots have a conservative low heel.

Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.
