Geezum was a member of Jabba the Hutt’s criminal cartel, based on the planet of Tatooine. The Snivvian sat in one of the throne room’s booths while the band performed for the court, after which Jabba demand it be played again.
This Visual Guide has been reviewed by the detachment staff and the LMO team and is certified for use as a minimum approval guideline for GMLs. GMLs are free to approve this costume type.
This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.
Required Costume Components
The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met. This Detachment defines additional, optional costuming details listed in blue and red. Please visit the Detachment website for more details on these options.

- The mask must be a high-quality representation of the reference images made of silicone, latex, or other flesh like material.
- It must have mild weathering.
- The face of the wearer must not be seen through the eyes or nose holes of the mask. This can be achieved using mesh or similar covering.

- The jumpsuit must be a one piece overall with collar, made from white matte fabric.
- The jumpsuit is padded and quilted in a diamond pattern. Each diamond is approximately 15cm x 15cm square in diameter.
- The jumpsuit is closed asymmetrically on the right side with 4 silver buttons.
- The collar is padded, with a topstitched seam along the center, parallel with the edge of the collar.
- The jumpsuit must be weathered.

- Boots covered with cloth wrappings.
- The cloth wrappings are heavily weathered, and sand and brown in color.
- The boots should reach mid-calf height.

- Made from an olive green canvas.
- The scarf is rectangular in shape, torn, and weathered.
- The scarf must be long enough to reach the crotch area.
- The ends of the scarf are tucked under the belt.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable):
- Scarf is made from accurate US Army half shelter fabric.

- Short, light yellow, leather work gloves with an eyelet on each glove
- Gloves must be weathered so that the yellow coloring is very faint.
- The bandolier is made from brown leather or leather-like material, that is heavily weathered.
- The bandolier is worn across the chest over the right shoulder to the left hip.
- The bandolier is closed by a strap of leather tucked between two cut lines.
- The bandolier has five pouches attached, each with a single flap closure.
- Enfield bandoliers are not acceptable.

- The belt and pouches are made from a light brown leather or leather-like material and is worn around the costumer’s waist.
- The belt has six pouches, with a silver fastening, Swiss pouch style.
- The closure of the belt is hidden behind one of the pouches.
- The end of the belt is loose and reaches to the middle of the left thigh.
