Turk Falso is one of Hondo Ohnaka's Weequay lieutenants, however he has never liked taking orders from his pirate boss. When a rich shipment of spice arrives from the Republic, Turk sees a chance to make his own fortune.

This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met.

• The mask is brown in colour and must be of a high quality representation of silicon or latex. The costumers face, neck and all skin exposed by the neckline are covered by the mask.
• A single gathered tail of hair, dark brown to black in colour is featured at the base of the back of the head. The hair is secured by six (6) ties; From the back of the head they are white, white, olive (longer), white, white and red in colour.
• The mask is covered in deep wrinkles.
• The lower cheeks have three (3) cascading bumps, on each side of the jaw-line, that end just before the chin.
• There is a small ear on either side of the mask.
• The nose is large and flat.
• The eyes are rimmed in black/brown, depending on the costumers eye hole size.
• The eyes appear deep set from the large brow line.

• A yellow headband is worn around the head.
• The headband features a six (6) pointed star in red on the front.

• The shirt is made from a thick, tight woven material and is blue in colour.
• The shirt sleeves extend to the costumers wrists.
• The collar of the shirt is round at the back.
• The collar at the front of the shirt has three (3) jagged notches.

• The gauntlets are made from a velvet like material, that is green in colour.
• The gauntlets extend from the elbow to a glove that fits over the costumers hands.
• The gauntlets have six (6) ribs at the elbow.
• The middle of the gauntlet is structured, like armour.
• Where the gauntlets extend over the hand there are two ridges over the back of the hand.
• The hands are made from the same material as the head.
• The hands are brown in colour and should match the same colouration as the head.
• The gauntlets may connect to the glove over the hands, or be two separate pieces as long as they fit together and no part of the costumers wrists can be seen.

• An H style harness is worn.
• The harness may be made from leather or leather like material.
• The shoulder straps are approximately 5 inches wide, and have a backing that extends out from the primary strap.
• The H at the chest feature two (2) buckles that connect the strap around the chest.
• The harness configuration is mirrored on the back.
• The harness fits underneath the girdle, and the connection point is not visible.

• The girdle is made from a tight woven fabric that is a similar blue shade as the top.
• The girdle has three (3) white coloured ridges that run around the outside, and feature three (3) connection points that are positioned at the costumers hip.
• The wrap of the girdle is visible at the front of the girdle.
• The girdle closes right over left.

• The pants are made from a cotton or cotton like material.
• The pants are mustard in colour, and weathered.
• The pants feature a standard opening at the front.
• The waistband of the pants are underneath the girdle.

• The spats are made from a leather or leather-like material, and brown in colour.
• The spats have some weathering.
• The top, front side of the spat there is red lacing: On the inside edge there are five (5) holes, and the outside edge has four (4) holes in which the lacing is threaded through.
• There are two (2) feint transverse lines at the top of the spat, either side of the red lacing.

• The shoes are tan to brown in colour and may be weathered.
• The shoes have a very low heel.
• The spats should cover any features of the shoe.

Optional Accessories

Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.
