Wuher was from Tatooine and he worked as a bartender at Chalmun's Cantina. Wuher was an orphan, but worked his way off of Tatooine's streets by studying biochemistry. He disliked droids and installed a droid detector in the cantina to keep them out.

This is a visual guide used for 501st costume approval, not a how-to for construction. Construction details are found at the costume's Detachment website. Measurements provided here are are generalized, and not criteria for approval. All 501st costumes are proportionate to the wearer in terms of size, fit, and scale. During evaluation, both text and images (CRL and Reference) must be considered. When in doubt about a feature of a submitted costume, GMLs should post questions in the Legion forum's DL/GML peer review section.

Required Costume Components

The following costume components are present and appear as described below. For 501st membership only the requirements in black need to be met.

• The hair is a medium brown.
• Hair is unkempt straight and approximately 3 inches in length.
• Large sideburns adorn both sides of the costumers face that end just below the ears.
• There is a large healed wound on the costumers right cheek.
• Two small scratches are located at the costumers left bottom chin and under the nose.

• The tunic is dark tan in color.
• the sleeves are long and are the same size at the base as they are at the shoulder.
• The sleeves end below the elbow and above the costumers wrist joint.
• The shirt arm area is seamless at the top and shoulder area.
• A continuous 2 inch collar runs from both sides of the shirt around the neck.
• The shirt opens right over left.
• The shirt must be worn and distressed.

The ring is large and contains the following elements
Gold in color.
A large center square with tapered edges.
Two cross hatched details at the right and left of the center square.

• Belt is made of leather or leather like material.
• The belt is two inches wide and has no adornments.
• A square belt buckle approximately 2.5 inches wide with tapered edges hangs at the front center.
• The belt is medium brown in color and shows visible signs of weathering.
• The closure is located in the front under the buckle.

• Dark brown long slacks.
• Pants must be a darker brown than the boots.

• The wraps begin at the knee and end at the costumers ankle.
• Wraps are made from a natural material such as cotton or linen.
• The wraps are the same color as the boots.

• Boots are brown or black suede or leather.
• Simple and free of adornments.
• Black or dark brown boot soles.
